Inner Thigh Squeeze
Here is an easy way to target the inner thighs. A movement toward the center of the body is known as "adduction." This exercise is done from a seated position. Here is how it's done: First, position yourself on the edge of any seat. Place the ball between the thighs around the knee area. Then squeeze the legs inward toward one another. Hold the squeeze for a few seconds before releasing the tension. Do not rush the exercise.
